I love it

Well I was so concerned at beginning as a comment said this is a scam, and no shipping updates at all since the payment. But I received after 10 days. Exactly as described, heavier than I thought. But the feet board surface is very slippery and it’s not as sturdy as I expected. I put a rubber mat on it, much better

Unfortunately, I have exhausted my options in reaching a resolution. The product I received was faulty, so I attempted to contact customer service to get a refund. It's been a month now with no response. It's disappointing given how expensive it was to purchase (including freight forwarding because they don't ship to New Zealand). I'm sharing this information to prevent someone else from making the same mistake.

Scam

DO NOT PURCHASE!!!!
The company took payment of $249.95 on 5th May and STILL has not sent the product. I disputed it with my bank and their bank is refusing to give back the money. They took another payment of $249.95 on 17th August. I did not authorise this payment. This is theft.
Will be moving forward with fair trading action.

Was concerned this was a scam after reading comments but it arrived 7days later. I've had no issues with it. The only poor thing is the company's communication, other then that I'm happy with the product. Thanks
